Suspended SA Police Service organised crime unit member Sgt Fannie Nkosi is back in the Pretoria North magistrate’s court for his bail application on Wednesday.
Nkosi was arrested on April 1 after a raid at his Pretoria home. Police conducted a search-and-seizure warrant and closed case dockets, among other things, were found.
