Disgraced SAPS officer Sgt Fannie Nkosi’s bail appeal is being heard in the Pretoria high court on Tuesday.
Nkosi, attached to Gauteng police’s organised crime unit, seeks to overturn the Pretoria North magistrate’s court decision to deny him bail.
