RECIPE | Bacon, feta & spinach stuffed portobello mushrooms

Serve these scrumptious mushrooms as a snack with drinks, or as a starter

10 portobello mushrooms
250g streaky bacon, cut into chunky dice
10ml (2 tsp) butter
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
300g baby spinach
40g rocket, torn into smaller pieces
15ml (1 tbsp) oregano, finely chopped
200g feta cheese
