"Here’s to 42. The best birthday present I could ask for. I am overwhelmed and grateful. I love you momma bear Steffi van Wyk-Brink," he captioned the post.
While the picture shared showcasing a brown baby romper and sonogram did not disclose the gender of the baby, it had fans convinced they were expecting a boy.
