Government vows to track down xenophobic violence leaders

The government has the capacity to gather intelligence on potential xenophobia hot spots‚ but limited resources prevented it from always intervening as promptly as it hoped to‚ according to a media report. State Security Minister David Mahlobo on Sunday warned users of social media not to "instigate" attacks‚ saying they would be dealt with, The Business Day reported.
