Sentence delay for HIV+ teacher who raped boy

The sentencing of the HIV-positive Soweto primary school teacher who raped one of his pupils was put on hold for almost a month. The teacher‚ who is in his 40s‚ was convicted in the Protea Magistrate's Court in April of raping the boy‚ then aged 10‚ on school premises in November 2013.He was acquitted on a charge of raping a second boy‚ then nine years old‚ at Maponya Mall.
