ANC to address perceptions of 'arrogance‚ self-service and corruption' to regain lost support

The African National Congress' (ANC) National Executive Committee (NEC) has emerged from its four-day meeting in Irene‚ Pretoria with strategies for reclaiming the party's lost support in the local government elections. This according to ANC secretary-general Gwede Mantashe‚ who addressed members of the media on Sunday evening.
